RESTRICTIONS
From Monday 19th JULY, we removed all Covid restrictions in line with the government advice. Our wonderful booking system has now come to an end. Just check the Calendar on the Club website to see if the greens are free. The clubhouse reopened without restrictions but please respect others’ space as not everyone will be comfortable with the changes.
GREENS
We now have 220 members so the greens are very busy. I would like to thank Paul Crummey and the Greens Team for all their hard work to keep them in such good condition

I would also like to thank Dave and Gayle Gordon for setting up and running our excellent booking system. It has been our saviour for the past year! Thanks also to John Sawyer and Sheila Mo for running the Round Robins so efficiently ……and to Ian Goulding for his skills in organising our competitions.
UPCOMING EVENTS
Our next event is a fun day friendly match against the Crossens Bowling Club. This is on Sunday 25th JULY, 10.30 for 11.00 start. The Sign-up sheet is in the clubhouse. The £4 entry fee will cover food and drinks.
We have had a request to organise a Round Robin for our new lady members who are finding the current Round Robins challenging. Therefore we are going to trial this starting on Friday 23rd JULY at 2.00pm on Green 2. Just come along if you are interested. More experienced lady members are also welcome.
Lastly if any members have bowls or equipment they would like to sell, they can advertise them on the club noticeboard.
