VPBC AWAY DAY TO LEVER CLUB PORT SUNLIGHT 2 September 2017
The club's third successive visit to this great location took place in ideal weather. 28 bowlers played in a 4 person Round Robin format - 3 games each 11 up. The 12 supporting non-players enjoyed the sunshine whilst watching the tussles on the green.

We will be combining our usual Bowl and Stroll and Round Robin this coming Sunday with a small BBQ offering Burgers and Sausages in Buns at a small cost. The usual soft and hot drinks will be available but BRING YOUR OWN ALCOHOL if you so wish.

The Tuesday Round a Robins on next 2 Tuesdays - 15th & 22nd August are as cancelled because of the Southport Flower Show.
Please can as many as possible come to the club at 1PM on Tuesday 15th for a necessary pre-show clean-up of the pavilion and club surrounds. Please bring garden tools to clear the gutters of both greens.
