Victory for Jan Hobson

The Ladies Club Championship was held in lovely weather on the match green on Friday 7th April. The standard of bowling was high and and players and supporters had a great afternoon in the Spring sunshine at Victoria Park.
Jan Hobson beat Wendy Plumtree in a close final. The cup was presented by last year’s winner Sue Davies who organised the event superbly.
