End of season report – Vets Mens ‘A’

The team had a good and happy season reports team captain Fred Douglas.

We finished 5th in a strong First Division with some very good individual and team results.
We also had a good cup run beating Mere Brow, Formby Park, Zetland along the way but losing in the final to Hoole – who also won the League.
Paul Crummey, in his first season, just pipped Steve Goulding for the season’s team merit award. See the League website for full details.
